**Requirements**:

- Industry experience in web and mobile app design (SaaS, B2B, B2C).

- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of HIG and Material Design guidelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders from Product, Technology, and Marketing teams to deliver best-in-class products and ensure a smooth design process from conception to launch.
- Design user flows and wireframes in collaboration with Product and Technology, and ensure proposed design solutions fit with product vision and current scope.
- Identify design challenges and devise elegant solutions.
- Take a user-centered design approach, rapidly testing and iterating your designs in response to feedback.
- Design and deliver mockups by using and contributing to our Design System, in collaboration with fellow Designers.
- Communicate the product’s vision and articulate design decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders, both verbally and visually.
- Prototype design solutions and gather feedback to inform design iterations.




- Document interaction design in collaboration with Technology and fellow Designers to ensure smooth delivery.
- Ability to operate independently, taking ownership of a design project from start to launch while involving Product, Technology, and fellow Designers when appropriate.
- Collaborate with fellow Designers to create, share, and improve on patterns we use throughout the platform & integrations.

Technology experience
- Experience designing and prototyping in Figma.
- Experience reading design requirements and documenting designs for Technology in Jira.
