- STRATEGIC: 30%
- 10% Identify the different portfolio's needs.
- 10% Define the segments to be focus on
- 10% Plan the seasonal communication and promotion for the different kind of portfolios.

OPERATIONAL: 40%
- 10% Generate the media plan for the year.
- 5% Generate the art and design for the on/off advertising and Branding.
- 10% Events implementation. Off Road and performance events and exhibitions.
- 10% Mopar fleet control and accessorization. Loan of vehicles to journalists and influencers

RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: 30%
- 10% Generate POs for the agencies (Media & Advertising): Starcom,



T&Base; and Publicis
- 5% Web services and maintenance: Exagono
- 5% Accessories for new launches and Mopar Fleet: Mopar Mexico
- 10% Labor, maintenance, preparation and shipment for Mopar Vehicles: Movitec

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- 8 years of minimum experience preferably in the automotive industry
- 5 Years of mínimal experience on similar position
- Bachelor's degree in marketing
- Desirable Master´s degree
- Demonstrable experience in a marketing area, advertising or digital
- Demonstrable experience managing teams.
- Professional leadership
