Your day-to-day will include:- Engaging leads from DMs, landing pages,



webinars & referrals- Running discovery & closing calls (booked by you or the setter)- Collaborating with the appointment setter for smooth lead handoff- Managing pipelines in GoHighLevel with daily updates- Delivering empathetic, high-converting sales conversations- Providing strategic feedback on messaging, objections & close rates**What We’re Looking For**We’re seeking someone who:- Has **proven success closing $5K-$25K+ offers** in coaching, consulting, or transformation spaces- Has personally hired a coach & understands the value of coaching- Has participated in **transformational / leadership / emotional intelligence trainings** (Landmark, MITT, Gratitude, Heart Core Leadership, etc.)- Understands trauma-informed or values-aligned objection handling- Maintains a **25%+ close rate** in commission-based sales roles- Is fluent in English (C1/C2), communicates authentically & confidently- Has outbound follow-up & appointment setting exp
