**Technical & Physical Requirements**:

- High-Speed Internet: Must have a stable internet connection with a minimum of 20 MB upload and download speeds.
- Modern Equipment: Possess a modern laptop/desktop with a working headset and mic (minimum I-5 generation 10 processor and 8GB RAM).
- Quiet Workspace: Ensure a quiet and distraction-free work environment.
