If you have a sharp eye for **what works in paid media**, thrive in a **fast-paced, test-and-iterate environment**, and can deliver **high-quality video ad creatives**—we want to hear from you.**Requirements**:**What You’ll Do**:- Edit and produce video ad creatives tailored for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.- Repurpose and optimize existing content to fit different ad formats and placements.- Understand performance metrics (CTR, watch time, ROAS)
