GenAI Writing Lead – Proposal and Content Development

Are you a seasoned writer with deep hands-on experience leveraging Generative AI to transform content creation? We are looking for a unique professional to join our team in a newly created, hybrid role that blends advanced proposal writing with cutting-edge GenAI application.

About the Role

This is not a traditional proposal writer role. The position is split approximately 50/50 between:

- Proposal Writing: Creating compelling proposals and business content that effectively communicate our value.
- GenAI-Focused Work: Leading the charge on GenAI integration within our writing processes.

As our GenAI Lead, you will:

- Use advanced prompting techniques to accelerate and enhance first draft content generation.
- Support writers by developing and implementing AI-powered tools, workflows, and methodologies designed to improve speed, efficiency, and quality.
- Act as a proactive GenAI expert within our writing community, pushing beyond casual AI tool usage to drive real impact.

What You Bring

- Demonstrated,

- Evidence of leadership or influence in adopting GenAI workflows within a writing or content creation team.
- Strong professional writing ability, with backgrounds in:
- Proposal writing (valuable but not mandatory)
- Marketing or business content writing
- Other professional writing roles
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
