Sales Manager Opportunity – B2B Connectivity & Fiber Solutions
A premier AT&T; Authorized Service Provider, is scaling its outbound B2B sales operation — and we're looking for a data-driven, high-accountability Sales Manager to lead the charge.
This is not a personal quota-carrying role. You are the tactical engine of the team. You own pipeline health, rep performance, and revenue execution.
What You'll Own:
- Lead and coach a team of 6–10 outbound Sales Representatives selling AT&T; fiber, internet, and VoIP solutions to SMB and mid-market businesses
- Own team quota attainment, pipeline coverage, and forecast accuracy — reporting directly to the VP of Sales
- Drive a high-volume outbound environment (reps are expected to run 150–200 calls/day) while keeping quality and rep morale high
