Junior Accounts Receivable Analyst

We are hiring a Junior Cash Application Analyst to join our regional Order-to-Cash (O2C) team.

This role is responsible for accurately applying customer payments in the ERP system, ensuring cash is properly recorded and supporting the resolution of unidentified or unmatched payments. The position plays a key role in maintaining cash visibility, accounting accuracy, and operational risk control within our Americas FSSC model.

What you will do

- Applies customer payments to open invoices in the ERP system.
- Investigates and resolves unidentified payments or discrepancies.
- Supports deduction management and incomplete payment follow-up.
- Executes controls and maintains documentation for audit purposes.
- Collaborates with Collections, Billing, and Finance teams across countries.
