Location: Remote – Some overlap with EST/PST preferred.

Hours: 20+ hours/week, with potential to grow.

Compensation: $1,000 - $1,400 per month (for 20+ hours/week, depending on experience).

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help us produce high-quality visual content for social media and digital campaigns. You’ll focus primarily on still and social media design—think information-rich LinkedIn graphics, eye-catching YouTube thumbnails, engaging Instagram carousels—while bringing basic motion design skills for occasional animated assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-performing visual assets for platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and others.
- Design engaging thumbnails, carousels, and social posts that align with our brand voice and style.
- Repurpose and adapt existing brand imagery into new, creative designs.
- Ensure consistency in typography, composition, and color usage across all materials.
- Collaborate asynchronously using tools like Notion, Google Drive, and Figma (or similar).




- Occasionally produce basic motion graphics for animated assets.
- Meet deadlines while managing multiple projects independently.

Requirements

- Proven experience designing for social media with a strong, diverse portfolio.
- Excellent sense of typography, composition, and color theory.
- Proficiency with Figma and/or the Adobe suite of graphics tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Reliable, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented.
- Basic motion design skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Availability for 20+ hours per week, with flexibility to grow.
- Some overlap with EST and PST time zones.

Nice to Have

- Experience with brand development or larger campaign design projects.
- Understanding of performance‑driven design for social media engagement.
