We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Value Stream Leader to oversee and coordinate all operational activities within a defined value stream. This role is responsible for leading teams, ensuring safe and efficient production, improving processes, managing resources, and achieving operational KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will work closely with cross‑functional groups to optimize manufacturing processes, develop team capabilities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & People Leadership

- Supervise team leaders and operators, ensuring alignment with production goals and operational systems.
- Provide direction, coaching, and feedback to drive performance, engagement, and accountability.
- Develop and implement daily/weekly production plans.
- Manage short‑and medium‑term work schedules, including overtime allocation.

Process & Performance Management

- Identify gaps in processes and develop improved manufacturing methods.
- Monitor value stream performance and ensure adherence to KPIs.
- Lead continuous improvement and problem‑solving activities using structured methods.
- Support quality assurance initiatives and assist with operational improvement plans.

Safety & Compliance





- Enforce all HSE policies and ensure safe work practices.
- Address unsafe behaviors and elevate critical issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and procedures.

Team Development

- Identify skill gaps and create development plans for team members.
- Provide coaching, training, and support within the value stream.
- Facilitate effective internal communication and ensure teams understand business plans, KPIs, and expectations.

Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience leading teams within manufacturing operations.
- Experience managing production processes, scheduling, KPIs, and continuous improvement activities.
- Strong background in quality, safety, and operational compliance.
