GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in a dynamic commercial real estate environment.In this role, you will support the creation of high-quality, brand-compliant visual materials that enhance property listings, marketing campaigns, and business development initiatives for U.You'll be part of a fast-paced, international team, working across both print and digital formats with a strong focus on template-based design and layout customization.

Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, email templates,



and social media graphicsManage and process design requests through a workflow/ticketing systemEnsure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standardsStrong proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Advanced English (written & spoken) – requiredExperience with marketing tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Ceros, Hootsuite, or similar (preferred)Ability to interpret and execute design briefs independentlyExperience in commercial real estate or property marketingExperience with interactive PDFs, digital presentations, or basic motion graphicsKnowledge of print production and digital asset management
