We’re hiring a

- *Senior Product Designer with lead experience**

nto drive key product areas and influence design direction across a healthcare staffing platform used daily by real users. You’ll stay hands-on while leading initiatives, mentoring others, and shaping how the product evolves.n

This role is for designers who think beyond screens and care about building products that actually work in complex, real-world environments.

What You'll Do

n

- Own end-to-end design across mobile and web experiences
- Lead major initiatives such as redesigns, new features, and workflow improvements
- Conduct user research and turn insights into clear product decisions
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes in Figma
- Use data, testing, and feedback to iterate and improve outcomes
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to shape roadmap and features




- Contribute to design systems and raise overall design quality
- Mentor designers and help guide design direction

What We're Looking For

n
- 6+ years of product design experience (mobile + web)
- Experience leading projects or owning major product areas
- Strong product thinking and user-centered mindset
- Deep UX and modern UI design skills
- Hands-on with Figma across the full design lifecycle
- Experience with research, testing, and data-informed design
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

nNice-to-Havesn
- Experience in healthcare, marketplaces, or workflow-heavy products
- Experience mentoring or supporting other designers
