We are looking for a sharp, curious, and organized professional to join us as our Business Development Coordinator — a hybrid role that sits at the intersection of strategy, marketing, and relationship management. What You'll Be Doing Support the deal team with pitch preparation, presentations, and business development materials. Manage and grow our presence across digital and offline channels — LinkedIn, newsletters, industry media. Produce high-quality content: articles, reports, and market commentary that reflect the firm's expertise. Coordinate the firm's event calendar: industry conferences, client dinners,



alumni gatherings (The Anchor). Conduct market and sector research to identify business development opportunities. Help cultivate and manage relationships across our network: clients, alumni, partner firms, and financial institutions. Execute our PR and communications strategy — both internal and external stakeholders. Who We're Looking For Bilingual (Spanish and English) — fluent in writing and speaking both.
