Our mission is to help brands scale revenue by building an emotional connection with their audience through innovative, user-centered design and branding.Our client base includes a combination of startups, famous DTC ecommerce brands, and legacy Fortune 1000 brands.We seek an experienced E-commerce UI/UX/Brand designer to join our team and take the lead on branding and user experience design across all ecommerce projects. We are specifically looking for someone who can push the envelope with fresh and innovative UI designs that are balanced with conversion rate best practices.ResponsibilitiesCarry the design process for both UX and UI from concept to execution across multiple DTC brandsCollaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and assess user requirementsDeliver all required assets and their statesDesign UX mockups that showcase site functionality and appearancePresent initial design drafts to internal teams and key stakeholdersIdentify and resolve UX issues, such as mobile-first and usability challengesMake layout adjustments based on user feedbackDevelop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpointsCoordinate with the team (PM/ Lead designer/developers) to ensure seamless implementation of designs, from handoff to productionStay current with industry trends, tools,



and design techniques to keep the agency at the forefront of innovationUse design systems and component libraries to streamline and standardize workflowsRequirements and Skills3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on eCommerce and DTC brandsStrong portfolio showcasing previous design projects for ecommerce sitesProficiency in FigmaExperience leading design projects from ideation through execution and launchSolid understanding of user-centered design, usability, and interaction design principlesStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions to leaders, clients, and cross‑functional teamsAbility to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, demonstrating a team spirit and strong verbal and written communication skillsGood time-management and organizational skills to meet project deadlinesEagerness to develop new skillsFeel comfortable receiving honest, direct feedback and confidently expressing your own point of viewBonus SkillsFamiliarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or MagentoBasic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to better collaborate with developersExperience working with remote teamsExperience working in a digital design agency with multiple clientsHow to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a portfolio that demonstrates your experience in UX/UI design for eCommerce brands.
