We are currently searching for a UX Designer:

Responsibilities

Interaction Design & Prototyping:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
- Utilize tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the
- design process.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.




- Financial Domain Understanding:
- Develop a strong understanding of financial concepts, products, and services.
- Design solutions that address the unique challenges and complexities of the financial industry.
- Stay up to date on new financial technologies and trends

Requirements

- 5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design, a strong portafolio is a must with enterprise solutions, story Ux cases (Issue, challenges, solution, final product) and Ux researcher designer.
- A solid understanding of financial products, services, and user behaviors within the financial domain.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, including advanced prototyping and design system management.
- Proven ability to solve complex design challenges with creative, scalable solutions.
- Confident presentation skills; ability to explain the "why" behind a design to non-designers.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote, cross-functional environment.

Languages

- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
