Sales Operations Analyst (Korean Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support our regional operations in LATAM. This role is adecuado for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who is interested in developing a career in sales operations, supply chain coordination, and business operations.

This position plays a key role in connecting local operations with our global headquarters, ensuring smooth communication, operational efficiency, and accurate execution of sales processes.

This is an excellent entry opportunity into a multinational environment with strong exposure to regional operations and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the execution of sales operations processes across LATAM
- Assist in order management, tracking, and coordination with internal teams
- Maintain and update data in CRM and internal systems
- Provide support in reporting, sales analysis, and operational tracking
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service
- Assist in follow-up of commercial opportunities and internal requests
- Help ensure accuracy in pricing, orders, and commercial conditions
- Act as a communication bridge between local teams and HQ

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, or related fields




- Korean speaker with strong Spanish communication skills (mandatory)
- English is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Interest in Sales Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Operations
- Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate)
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
