GRAPHIC DESIGNER

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in a dynamic commercial real estate environment.

In this role, you will support the creation of high-quality, brand-compliant visual materials that enhance property listings, marketing campaigns, and business development initiatives for U.S. markets.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced, international team, working across both print and digital formats with a strong focus on template-based design and layout customization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, email templates, and social media graphics
- Manage and process design requests through a workflow/ticketing system
- Create and customize floor plans, site plans, logo maps, and infographics
- Perform photo retouching and optimize images for different platforms




- Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute creative briefs

Job Requirements:

- Strong proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Advanced English (written & spoken) – required
- Experience with marketing tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Ceros, Hootsuite, or similar (preferred)
- Ability to interpret and execute design briefs independently
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Nice to Have

- Experience in commercial real estate or property marketing
- Experience with interactive PDFs, digital presentations, or basic motion graphics
- Knowledge of print production and digital asset management
