Responsibilidades

Responsable de vender productos vía telefónica con cuotas establecidas por mes.

Encargado de ponerse en contacto con la base de clientes para lograr ventas y colocación de producto durante la llamada.

Brindar información acerca del producto, sus características, funcionalidad y precio, asesorando acerca de que producto cubre mejor la necesidad del cliente, todo esto con la única finalidad de convencer a los prospectos y cerrar la venta.

Tratar con amabilidad y entusiasmo a todos los contactos.

Trabajar por medio de metas establecidas por la compañía.

Dar seguimiento a clientes oportuno para evitar agotamiento de producto.

Requisitos

Diploma de secundaria o equivalente.

3 años de experiencia en venta telefónica a través de un callcenter, televentas, telemarketing.

Manejo de Office a nivel intermedio.





Capacidad para operar una computadora y navegar a través de funciones.

Sólidas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.

Excelentes habilidades en Ventas.
