Role Overview
This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of AI innovation, directly contributing to the growth and success of a cutting‑edge investor‑backed startup and our global enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

Integrate & Optimize Twilio's suite of APIs and services to support and improve omni‑channel communication capabilities.

Implement AWS/GCP infrastructure solutions for scalability and reliability.

Develop and integrate API connections between our platform and other CRM/ERP/ML/Cloud systems.

Automate backend processes to improve operational efficiency.

Utilize tools like Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

AI Agent Ecosystem Development

Optimize our OmniChannel Platforms for voice, video, and text.

Work with the Tech & Product teams to develop new features for our platform.





Fine‑tune open‑source models and engage in advanced prompt engineering frameworks.

Explore and leverage the advantages of small AND large language models (SLMs & LLMs).

Work with AI‑friendly databases and implement RAG integrations.

Employ AI embeddings and data ingestion tools.

Integrate Open Source AI resources from Hugging Face, Replit, etc.

Stay up to date and implement the best inference tools for optimized AI performance.

Qualifications

Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred but not mandatory if offset by substantial experience and demonstrated skills.

Technical Skills

Twilio Expertise is essential, including API and other Services.

Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

Familiarity with AWS or GCP infrastructure setup and management.

Strong experience with API development and integration.

Understanding of AI Agents, prompt engineering, and open‑source AI tools.

General familiarity with the current Enterprise AI Ecosystem: Open Source Models, Databases, RAG, Vector Embeddings, Inference, Evaluation tools, etc.

Soft Skills and Cultural Fit

Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency, including technical terminology.

Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Familiarity with AI‑assisted and low‑code developer tools.





Demonstrated passion for innovation and staying current with emerging technologies.

Additional Requirements

Must be able to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.

Willingness to work extended hours when necessary to meet project deadlines.

Willingness to undergo a background check.

Ability to provide three professional references from previous employers.
