**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Source and close top-tier talent before they’re even on the radar**:
- **Use every tool at your disposal: LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards, cold outreach, referrals**:
- **Keep the pipeline full and flowing**:




- **Build plug-and-play systems that keep hiring efficient and repeatable**:
- **Track key KPIs: speed, show-up rate, conversion, and retention**:
- **Recruit appointment setters, closers, and leaders who can perform from day one**
