- *Job Description:**

nWe’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager in Pro Audio to actively seek out and engage with distributors, dealers, end-customers, and prospects. You will assist and report to the Regional Sales Manager for Latin America in maintaining existing accounts, prospecting, and developing new customers to boost top-line revenue growth and profitability for DPA Microphones.n

The candidate will be based in Latin America and responsible for supporting all sales and training activities in that region. Most travel will be required throughout Latin America.

n

Duties and Responsibilities The primary objective of the Business Development Manager is to train, engage, and strategically influence prospective clients, building strong relationships, and ultimately drive sustained growth within the region.

n

- *Key focus areas will be:**

n· Work to drive product demand through local efforts, including educational events, sales campaigns, dealer and engineering training and enablement, and end-user outreach.n

· Train audio distributors, dealers, consultants, rental and production companies, musicians, and engineers in all audio fields such as live, broadcast, film, theatre, and installation.

n

· Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through partnerships and channel development programs.

n

· Act as brand ambassador with audio engineers, consultants, technology partners, and end-users to articulate our value proposition and facilitate their success.

n

· Expand brand awareness of new and existing product launches through videos, training, and partner outreach.

n





· Leverage reseller Marketing teams to develop and execute compelling awareness and demand generation programs to create new sales opportunities.

n

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships through outreach, cold calling, and tailored solutions.

n

· Provide insights for sales and marketing collateral and report on customer needs and competitive activities.

n

· Identify and onboard new customers and resellers to expand revenue.

n

· Participate at Industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and elevate brand visibility.

- *Education, Experience & Requirements:**

n· Minimum 5 years of working experience in professional audion

· Minimum 5 years of working experience, traveling throughout South America

n

· The adecuado candidate must be fluent in Spanish and reside in South America. Proficiency in Portuguese is considered an asset.

n

· Prior experience with wired and wireless microphones, Dante and/or audio networking is preferred

n

· BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred.

n

· Prior experience with live tours and or broadcast is preferred

n

· Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales and channel management

n

· Relationship management skills and ability to build productive business partnerships

n

· Ability to work independently from a remote office

n

· Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

n

· Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills

n





· Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs

n

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM practices, travel booking, and expense management software

n

· Prior experience with Microsoft 365 is preferred

n

· Successful candidate will be required to pass a background screening process
