In this role, you will research upcoming tours, theater productions, and live events before equipment bids are finalized.



Your main objective is to build a strong pipeline by identifying potential opportunities early, mapping key decision‑makers, and providing qualified leads to the sales team for lighting, rigging, and production supply services. Key Responsibilities Research and identify upcoming tours, theatrical productions, and live events using specialized industry databases Utilize platforms such as Pollstar Pro, Tour Link Pro, The Broadway League, and Theatre Communications Group (TCG) to track industry activity Monitor touring schedules, routing data, venue calendars, and industry announcements to identify early‑stage opportunities Identify production timelines and potential equipment supply needs during design and pre‑production phases Research and map key decision‑makers including Production Managers, Tour Managers, Technical Directors, General Managers, and Lighting or Production Designers Build targeted prospect lists and
