Overview
We are seeking a Visual/Interaction Designer with 6+ years of experience to lead the hands‑on UX/UI execution across enterprise‑grade digital products.
This role operates at the intersection of design, product, and engineering. You will shape product vision while ensuring tangible, high‑quality execution. From early discovery and strategic framing through implementation and validation, you will own the end‑to‑end experience lifecycle — aligning user needs, business objectives, and technical realities.
You are both a systems thinker and a skilled practitioner: equally comfortable defining experience direction and crafting refined interface solutions.

Define experience direction for complex products.

What You’ll Do
End‑to‑End UX Ownership

Own the full UX/UI lifecycle: discovery, research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, high‑fidelity design, validation, and iteration.
Translate complex requirements into intuitive interaction models and structured user flows.
Lead design QA and ensure fidelity between concept and production.
Drive clarity across cross‑functional teams in ambiguous or evolving environments.

Scalable Systems & Interface Architecture

Design scalable, component‑based UI systems aligned with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Next.js).
Maintain and evolve design systems, guidelines, and reusable interaction patterns.
Collaborate deeply with frontend engineers to ensure accurate and efficient design‑to‑code translation and efficient pipelines.
Apply accessibility standards (WCAG, EAA), responsive principles, and performa
