The Genomics Platform team at Helix builds infrastructure, pipelines and web applications to analyze terrabytes of genomic data every week. The analyzed data is used in diagnostics, screening, pharmacogenomics and research applications, parts of which are also built by the Genomics Platform team. As a Senior Software Engineer - Genomics Platform, you will: Design and code software systems for our genomic applications and services. Collaborate with product managers, bioinformaticians, scientists, and other engineers. Own deliverables from ideation to production operationalization. Deploy and operate software with reliability and scale for our users and health systems.
