The core responsibilities of a Graphic Designer involve creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate the intended message to the target audience. On a day-to-day basis, the individual will collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements, develop design concepts, and produce a variety of visual materials, including digital graphics, print layouts, and branding elements. The primary objectives are to ensure that all designs align with the client’s brand identity and project goals, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards. Additionally, the Graphic Designer will stay updated with industry trends and software advancements to continuously enhance their creative skills and contribute innovative ideas to projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop and design engaging graphics for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
- Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters that effectively communicate brand messages.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and maintain consistency across all channels.




- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design output.
- Prepare and optimize graphics for various formats and platforms, ensuring compatibility and quality.
- Color correction and photo retouching in Photoshop (adding or removing elements, improving overall image quality, color, and lighting)
- Image format conversion (e.g. JPG, PNG, TIFF, PDF, WebP)
- Design and development of email marketing campaigns, including layout creation, visual optimization, and coding in Act-On,

Education and Training

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) are preferred.
- Continuous professional development through workshops, online courses, or seminars in emerging design trends and technologies.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and proficiency in digital and print media.
