- Present your work and articulate your approach to teammates, product owners, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with Design on page layout, interactions, and visual tone, ensuring we create a consistent end-to-end experience

**Your day to day-**

In your day to day role you will work as a content designer
- Optimize copy for SEO, naturally weaving keywords into copy
- Ensure that your content aligns with legal and compliance requirements, including preparing your work for legal submission
- Use data and research to evaluate your content’s impact, and push for continuous improvement that shows real results
- Maintain and evolve PayPal’s content standards, including voice and tone.
- Learn a lot, make an impact, have fun

**What do you need to bring-**
- 2-5 years professional writing experience for web or mobile content
- Excellent, highly creative writing and critical-thinking skills
- Experience working with content standards, such as style and voice and tone guidelines
- At ease managing multiple projects,



setting stakeholder expectations, working individually and collaborating across teams
- Experience writing about financial services, payments, B2B or B2C e-commerce for consumers and/or small businesses is preferred
- You’ll also shine if you have experience writing content for Enterprise CXO (e.g. CEO, CFO, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Revenue Officer)
- Familiarity with Figma and basic web production processes
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Design, Information Science or related fieldOur Benefits:
