We are a trusted plumbing company serving Utah homeowners and businesses with high-quality service and reliability. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and industry-experienced Office Administrator / Dispatcher to join us.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians for service calls using Housecall Pro
- Provide estimates, invoices, and payment processing within Housecall Pro
- Maintain organized job records and track ongoing work orders
- Support field technicians with job details, directions, and client updates
- Handle follow-ups, reschedules, and customer satisfaction check-ins
- Assist with administrative tasks such as vendor coordination,



parts ordering, and reporting
- Ensure a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented customer experience

**Qualifications**
- **Required**: Proven experience using **Housecall Pro** for dispatch and scheduling
- **Required**: 2+ years of experience in the plumbing, HVAC, or related home service industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with customer service and problem-solving in fast-paced environments
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools (Angi’s List, Thumbtack, etc.)
- Reliable, proactive, and able to handle occasional after-hours calls

Pay: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
