**Role: Graphic Designer**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design long-form instruction manuals in InDesign with accuracy and consistency.
- Develop packaging that meets brand and print specifications.
- Ensure all designs communicate clearly and support customer conversion.
- Take initiative: identify missing assets, improve templates, and act without being told.

**Requirements**:

- **Conversion-Focused**: Designs that don’t just look good, but clearly communicate the message and drive action.

always looking for ways to improve assets, systems, or processes.

**Bonus Points**
- Experience working with high-converting DTC brands.
- Experience designing long-form or instructional content (manuals, guides, etc.).
