We are looking for a **heart-centered, high-performing Sales Closer** to join our growing team.

**What You’ll Be Selling**

You’ll be closing warm, highly qualified leads for:

- **Transformational group coaching programs** (with or without 1:1 support)
- **Luxury transformational retreat experiences** integrated into top-tier programs

**Price points range from $2,250-$25,000+**, with the primary offer at $18,000.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

This is a hands-on, strategic sales role. Your day-to-day will include:

- Engaging leads from DMs, landing pages, webinars & referrals
- Running discovery & closing calls (booked by you or the setter)
- Collaborating with the appointment setter for smooth lead handoff
- Managing pipelines in GoHighLevel with daily updates
- Delivering empathetic, high-converting sales conversations
- Providing strategic feedback on messaging, objections & close rates

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re seeking someone who:

- Has **proven success closing $5K-$25K+ offers** in coaching, consulting, or transformation spaces




- Has personally hired a coach & understands the value of coaching
- Has participated in **transformational / leadership / emotional intelligence trainings** (Landmark, MITT, Gratitude, Heart Core Leadership, etc.)
- Understands trauma-informed or values-aligned objection handling
- Maintains a **25%+ close rate** in commission-based sales roles
- Is fluent in English (C1/C2), communicates authentically & confidently
- Has outbound follow-up & appointment setting experience
- Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- Is comfortable with GoHighLevel, Zoom, Google Workspace & Slack

**Bonus points if** you’ve sold for personal development, wellness, or spiritual coaching brands while maintaining strong close rates.

**Schedule & Logistics**
