**Content Designer (Graphic + Video Editing)**

About Us
At **Best Practice Media**, we are a performance-driven marketing agency serving clients across **ecommerce and service-based industries**. Our Creative Department is growing, and we’re looking for a **Content Designer** who can handle both **graphic design** and **short-form video editing** to support campaigns and client deliverables
**Responsibilities**
**Design Execution**
- Follow brand guidelines and creative briefs with strong attention to detail, hierarchy, and typography.
- Execute design tasks quickly without sacrificing quality.
**Video Editing**
- Edit short-form videos for **TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts** using **Capcut**.
- Add hooks, captions, overlays, music, and transitions to ensure polished, platform-ready assets.
**Creative Collaboration**
- Work from briefs created by an Art Director or Project Lead.
- Communicate progress clearly and meet deadlines.
- Contribute ideas in creative brainstorms and support campaign execution with both static and motion-based design.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in **graphic design, video editing, or content creation**.
- Proficiency in **Canva (non-negotiable)** and **Capcut**.
- Comfortable creating scroll-stopping short-form content.
- Strong instincts in layout, typography,
and color.
- Reliable communicator with experience using **Slack, ClickUp, Google Drive**.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Familiarity with performance creative, paid social, or conversion-focused design.
- Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Motion graphics or animation skills (even basic).
- Experience with **eCommerce advertising design for paid media campaigns**.
- Ability to design **high-converting paid ads, website assets, and landing pages**.
- Basic understanding of **marketing principles** and performance-focused design.
- Familiarity with creating assets aimed at **sales and paid media performance**, not just branding or logos.
