Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Senior Graphic Designer with professional experience in packaging design to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop innovative and eye-catching packaging designs for CPG product s across various industries, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
- Translate creative briefs into impactful packaging solutions , considering factors such as functionality, shelf appeal, and sustainability.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously , meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Create and refine dielines and mock-ups, ensuring accuracy for production.
- Stay updated on industry trends , materials, and techniques to incorporate innovative ideas into packaging design.




- Ensure all designs comply with regulatory requirements and printing specifications.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a focus on packaging design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in packaging design, including creative concepts and production-ready files.
- Understanding of printing processes , materials, and sustainability considerations.
- Excellent attention to detail , layout skills, and color theory knowledge.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
