Junior Accounts Payable Analyst

Scope: Full Time | Office: Mexico City | Hybrid Model

We are hiring a Junior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our regional Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) team.

This entry-level role supports the preparation and validation of vendor payment proposals, ensuring invoices are approved, accurate, and processed on time. The position plays a key role in maintaining compliance, strengthening internal controls, and supporting efficient financial operations across our Americas FSSC model.

What you will do:

- Prepares and reviews vendor payment proposals in the ERP based on payment calendars and country-specific rules.




- Ensures invoices are approved, accurate, and ready for payment.
- Identifies and follows up on payment blocks, exceptions, or discrepancies.
- Perform pre‑payment controls to ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Supports rejected payment resolution and collaborates with AP, Finance, and stakeholders.

What we need to see from you

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field with solid accounting foundations.
- Early‑career professional with foundational experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Shared Services.
- Basic understanding of the Accounts Payable cycle.
- Comfortable working with ERP systems and Excel.
- Organized profile with attention to detail, willingness to learn, ability to work in a team, and adaptability to standardized processes and technological tools.
