We are seeking an experienced **UI/UX and Graphic Designer** to elevate our digital presence in the luxury watch industry.

This role requires a professional who can analyze competitor websites and apps, translate design insights into our brand's context, and enhance each page's visual and functional appeal.

Beyond basic graphic design tasks, we need someone with advanced expertise in user interface and user experience design to ensure our digital platforms reflect the prestige of our brand.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Competitive Analysis**: Examine similar luxury watch websites to gather design insights and best practices.
- **Design Translation**: Adapt and implement design elements from research to align with our brand identity.
- **UI/UX Enhancement**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the design and functionality of each webpage.
- **Prototype Development**: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- **User-Centric Design**: Ensure designs meet user needs and provide intuitive navigation and engagement.
- **Quality Assurance**: Oversee the implementation of designs, maintaining high standards across all digital platforms.
- **Mentorship**: Guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- **Graphic Design Support**: During periods without active UI/UX projects, engage in basic graphic design tasks such as creating marketing materials, social media graphics,



and other visual content to support ongoing brand initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in UI/UX design, preferably within the luxury goods or e-commerce sectors.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software.
- **Portfolio**: Demonstrated success in elevating website designs for premium brands.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly.
- **Adaptability**: Capacity to handle basic graphic design tasks as needed, while focusing on higher-level design strategies.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Understanding of the luxury watch industry, including design aesthetics, brand values, and market trends, to ensure our digital platforms resonate with our target audience.
