This role focuses on identifying opportunities to automate workflows, improve marketing performance, and accelerate go-to-market (GTM) execution using AI tools and automation platforms.You will work directly with the founder across several companies, acting as a hands-on AI operator and strategic problem solver.
The idóneo candidate has a strong combination of AI automation skills and marketing/GTM experience, with the ability to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for automation, and implement practical AI-driven solutions.This role requires someone who is creative, self-driven, and comfortable working independently, while proactively suggesting ways to improve operations, marketing, and growth through AI.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business workflows and identify opportunities to implement AI and automation across operations and marketing processesBuild AI-powered landing pages and marketing funnelsUse AI tools to optimize marketing copy, messaging,



and contentImplement automation systems to streamline repetitive business tasksSupport go-to-market (GTM) initiatives using AI-driven marketing strategiesBuild or deploy AI automations, agents, or workflows that improve efficiency and growthAssist with product launches and user acquisition strategies using AIResearch and test new AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologiesDocument processes and create repeatable AI-driven workflows across multiple companiesRequirementsProven experience implementing AI automation in business or marketing workflowsStrong understanding of AI-driven marketing and GTM strategiesExperience creating AI-powered landing pages, funnels, and marketing contentProficiency with AI tools and automation platforms (examples include ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, OpenAI APIs, etc.)Experience building AI workflows, automations, or AI agentsAbility to analyze business operations and identify opportunities for automation and optimizationExperience using AI to support user acquisition, paid growth, or product launchesHighly self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independentlyStrong problem-solving mindset and comfort experimenting with new AI technologiesExcellent communication and documentation skillsNice to HaveExperience building AI-powered growth systems or marketing automationsFamiliarity with AI content generation, AI copywriting, and AI funnel optimizationExperience launching products or scaling paid user acquisition using AIBackground in growth marketing, product marketing, or startup operationsBenefitsUSD Salary.Ability to work remotely.
