Patient Pro Marketing (PPM)
Location: Remote | Full-Time
Pay: $5 USD/hr base + performance bonuses
Language: Professional English required (C1 level); bilingual Spanish-English is a plus

About the Role
Patient Pro Marketing connects patients with minimally invasive medical procedures across the US. As an Engagement Specialist, you’ll be the first voice patients hear reaching out to warm leads, building trust, and scheduling consultations with our partner clinics. This is a fully remote, performance-driven role built for people who thrive on the phone.
Target: 100+ confirmed patient bookings per month.

What You’ll Do

- Make outbound calls to warm patient leads and follow up consistently
- Conduct brief qualification conversations to understand patient needs
- Collect patient information (name, DOB, address, insurance) and schedule consultations
- De-escalate concerns, handle objections, and guide hesitant patients with empathy
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM after every call
- Follow clinic scheduling protocols and escalate issues when needed
- Participate in coaching sessions and apply feedback to improve performance





What We’re Looking For

- 1+ year in customer service, call center, or BPO (required)
- Clear, professional spoken English C1 level or higher
- Experience handling objections or difficult caller situations
- Reliable high-speed internet (15+ Mbps) with a mobile backup plan
- Professional headset and a quiet, dedicated home workspace
- Bilingual Spanish-English speaker is a strong advantage
- Healthcare scheduling or medical intake experience is a plus
