Call Center Manager (Sales-Obsessed | Revenue-First Operator)
Let’s be clear—this is not a “keep-the-lights-on” call center manager role.
If your idea of success is low handle times, neat schedules, and clean reports… this isn’t for you.
We are looking for a revenue driver disguised as a call center manager. Someone who wakes up thinking about conversion rates, average order value, and cash collected—not call metrics.
What This Role Actually Is
You are the person responsible for turning conversations into cash.
Not “customer satisfaction.” Not “efficiency.”
Revenue. Every. Single. Day.
You will take a team of agents and turn them into high-performing closers.
Scripts become weapons. Calls become opportunities. Objections become money.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Owning daily, weekly, and monthly sales numbers (no excuses, just outcomes)
- Turning average reps into top-tier closers
- Building, testing, and optimizing high-converting call scripts
- Tracking what matters:
→ Conversion Rate
→ Revenue per Call
→ Close %
→ Cash Collected
- Running call reviews that actually improve performance (not just “feedback sessions”)
- Hiring, training, and firing based on performance
- Creating a culture where winning = selling
What We Don’t Care About
- Call center “best practices” that don’t make money
- How long someone has been in “operations”
- Fancy dashboards that don’t increase revenue
What We DO Care About
- Can you increase sales fast?
- Can you fix underperformers or replace them quickly?
- Can you build a team that closes consistently under pressure?
You Might Be a Fit If You…
- Have led sales teams, not just support teams
- Have a track record of increasing revenue, not just managing people
- Are comfortable being measured purely on results
- Know how to coach objections live and in real time
- Believe scripts should be tested, broken, and rebuilt constantly
You’re Probably NOT a Fit If You…
- Hide behind “process” instead of results
- Avoid tough conversations with low performers
- Think sales is “pushy” instead of a skill to master
- Care more about being liked than winning
Compensation
- Base + aggressive performance incentives tied to vigente revenue
- If you win, you get paid. Simple.
Final Note
We don’t need a manager.
We need a closer-builder.
If you can walk into a room (or a dialer), identify where money is being left on the table, and capture it immediately—we want to talk.
If not, this will feel uncomfortable very quickly.
Apply only if you’re ready to be judged by one thing:
Did you grow revenue or not?
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,400,000.00 - $2,100,000.00 per year
Work Location: Remote
