About OneImaging
OneImaging is a national radiology care navigation benefit supporting large self-funded employers, TPAs, and patients with transparent, high-quality, and cost-effective imaging options. We are rapidly growing our provider network and need detail-oriented researchers to help us collect and analyze key market data from imaging providers.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Provider Engagement Specialist to support imaging providers across the United States as they interact with OneImaging workflows and ensure a smooth, high-quality experience. This role is responsible for handling provider inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering timely, professional support throughout their interactions with our platform. This position is critical to maintaining strong provider relationships and ensuring an exceptional service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound and outbound provider calls.
- Provide clear, accurate information using internal systems, reference tools, and workflow knowledge.
- Strive for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Maintain a positive, service-oriented, and solution-focused tone in all provider interactions.
- Document all provider interactions and outcomes in the Phone Tracking System with accuracy and clarity.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation after each call.
- Identify workflow or system-related issues and escalate them to the appropriate internal teams when needed.

Qualifications
- Healthcare experience is required
- Prior customer service or call-center experience required.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High degree of reliability and professionalism.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Hours & Compensation:
- $1000 USD/MO: paid biweekly in USD or Pesos (your choice)
- Versátil Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8 working hours per day. 9am -5pm ET
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12-36 months
Pay: From $18,136.10 per month
