We are looking for our newest call center team leader to help take our current outbound specialist team to new heights!

Position Overview:

As the Call Center team leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our call center operations. You will be responsible for leading a team of outbound call specialists, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining team member productivity. The adecuado candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

● Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of outbound call specialists to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional service.

● Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth and efficient call center operations, optimizing processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

● Performance Monitoring: Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve the team's performance.

● Training and Development:



Develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the outbound call specialist team, ensuring continuous improvement.

● Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to uphold service standards and identify areas for improvement.

● Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into call center performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience in call center management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets

● Strong leadership and team management skills

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

● Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

● Knowledge of call center technologies and best practices.

● Exceptional problem-solving skills.

● Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $80.00 - $84.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: Remote
