SR. QUALITY ENGINEER, QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY

Ensure compliance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the quality management systems according to applicable international standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ESD S20.20, among others), through internal audits, document control, management of measuring instruments, and coordination of internal and external audits.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

Minimum of 4 or 5 years in similar positions within the automotive or regulated manufacturing industry.

Proven experience in ISO/IATF audits, VDA 6.3, and corrective action processes.





Knowledge in Standards: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ESD S20.20.

Knowledge in Internal auditing methodology (checklists, audit reports, action plans).

Knowledge in Document control and record management.

Knowledge in Quality tools: 5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D, etc.

Knowledge in Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA y FMEA)

Use of Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Leadership, organization and sense or urgency

Oral and Written Communication

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge in ISO 14001 & ISO 45001

Familiar with lean manufacturing principles.

Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001/IATF 16949.
