**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute high-quality designs for marketing materials, social media, presentations, website content, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to create cohesive brand visuals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects while exploring creative new approaches.
- Design engaging motion graphics, infographics, and multimedia assets.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Work closely with external vendors and printers to ensure the highest quality of printed materials.
- Assist in developing templates, style guides, and branding assets for internal and external use.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Experience**: 1 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency setting.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Software Proficiency**: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- **Creativity & Aesthetic Sense**: Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for color, typography, and composition.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
- **Communication Skills**:



Strong ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
- **Project Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- **Knowledge of Web Design**: Experience with UI/UX design and web optimization is a plus.
- **Motion Graphics Experience**: Bonus if proficient in creating simple animations or video editing.
