Their fastest-growing product is a Video Podcasting Program, designed to produce authentic, omnichannel thought leadership content.

Job Description: We are seeking a Video Editor to bring our client’s stories to life through dynamic, platform-ready video edits. This role requires a versatile post-production professional capable of managing the entire process from editing full-length podcast episodes to creating engaging short-form reels for social media.

Responsibilities

- Edit full-length video podcasts with clean cuts, balanced pacing, and consistent audio leveling.
- Create engaging short-form social media videos by selecting impactful moments.
- Design and integrate motion graphics, including lower thirds and text animations.
- Handle sound design and mixing for clarity and energy.
- Select and mix music tracks that elevate the overall tone.
- Maintain brand consistency through visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality edits that meet deadlines.
- Continuously refine content quality through feedback and insights.

Qualifications

Required Experience and Qualifications

- Proven experience in podcast and short-form video editing.




- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong knowledge of audio leveling, pacing, and sound mixing.
- Experience designing and animating motion graphics.
- Ability to select, mix, and balance music effectively.
- Deep understanding of social media formats and storytelling techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cinematic craftsmanship.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with high-end post-production workflows.
- Experience editing branded or corporate storytelling content.
- Knowledge of visual composition, typography, and color grading.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
