About the Role:

As a Production Designer with our marketing team you will produce high quality design projects from conception to delivery. Our Creative Team produces engaging, high-quality assets in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for print and digital design including a range of projects such as collateral, infographics, landing pages, market reports, OOH, and motion graphics.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

- Manage a high volume of time-sensitive marketing collateral independently spanning across both print & digital channels (including but not limited to: campaign design, mailers/postcards, brochures, social, video, e-mail, web)
- Produce short form video/motion graphics and social media assets
- Create compelling custom presentations, illustrations, invitations, mailer campaigns, eblasts, infographics and landing pages
- Support the larger team by carrying out designs that meet the goals of the marketing department. Our department includes a design team in place with exceptional, senior design capabilities. This role is intended to support these tenured individuals.
- We are looking for someone who is not only a talented designer but also great with execution




- Make sure design processes are kept in place and provide accurate time estimates for delivery
- Monitor consistency of materials within established style guidelines
- Take things to the finish line of production including scheduling, preparing print-ready files based on specs, and inspecting proofs
- Conduct image retouching, clipping paths and additional image manipulation
- Keep internal asset management system organized and up to date
- Finally, a passionate creative individual who values speed and proficiency alongside great design and notable craftsmanship

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
- 1-2 years of design experience (design portfolio required)
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to own a project from start to finish, welcoming feedback and collaboration
- Proficiency in Adobe CC (proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Proficiency in Figma and Canva a plus
- Ability to effectively time manage to meet strict deadlines for deliverables
- Works well in a fast-paced and changing environment
