About the Role

We’re looking for a Multimedia Production Specialist who combines technical execution with efficiency and attention to detail. You’ll be responsible for processing and managing high volumes of multimedia content—including 3D models, 360 imagery, and video—while ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables.

This role is highly process-driven and production-focused, ideal for someone who thrives in repetitive, high-output environments and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You’ll collaborate with a small team but operate autonomously once trained.

Responsibilities

- Edit and enhance 360-degree photos (HDR processing, stitching,



color correction)
- Prepare and refine Matterport 3D models (clean scans, create highlight reels, add tags)
- Perform QA on images, videos, and 3D assets to ensure quality and client requirements
- Process video content (cropping, color correction, audio cleanup, publishing)
- Retouch still images using Adobe Creative Suite to meet professional standards
- Manage high-volume, repetitive multimedia tasks with speed and accuracy
- Work with Salesforce reports to track and complete daily content workloads
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on CGI production workflows
- Review CGI drafts and provide structured feedback
- Coordinate timelines and ensure on-time delivery of multimedia assets
- Organize, maintain, and archive digital assets for accessibility
- Publish content to internal platforms such as TrueTour
- Support and improve internal workflows and SOPs
- Contribute to R&D; by testing tools and suggesting process improvements

Qualifications

Your Background:

- 2+ years of experience in multimedia production (photo, video, or similar)
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of photo quality, composition, and editing standards




- Familiarity with video editing fundamentals
- Comfortable learning new tools (e.g., Matterport, virtual tour software)
- Experience working with structured workflows and high-volume production environments
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Excellent communication skills — comfortable in a distributed, English-speaking environment
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
- Able to quickly learn, follow processes, and work independently after training
- Comfortable handling large workloads with consistency and reliability

Technical Requirements:

- Must be running Windows 10 or higher
- Must have a wired ethernet connection
- Internet speed must be at least 500 Mbps download / 100 Mbps upload (1 Gbps preferred)
- Must have a solid state drive (SSD) with at least 1 TB of available space

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Matterport or 3D/virtual tour platforms
- Video editing experience (Premiere Pro or similar)
- Experience working with CGI workflows or 3D content pipelines
- Background in real estate, hospitality, or immersive media content
- Experience with Lightroom or advanced photo editing workflows
- Exposure to high-volume production or QA-heavy roles
- Portfolio demonstrating multimedia work (photo, video, or 360 content)
- Compensation: $2,300 USD/month
- 120 hours of PTO per year (with limited rollover)
- U.S. holidays + local country holidays
- Equipment support if you don't meet technical requirements
