Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join our advisory team. This is an entry-level role idóneo for candidates looking to start a career in investment banking. As an Analyst, you will support the execution of M&A; and capital advisory transactions across various industries, while working closely with senior team members and gaining exposure to high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses

- Assist in preparing client presentations, information memorandums, teasers, and other deliverables

- Conduct market research, company analysis, and industry benchmarking

- Support deal execution through due diligence, data room management, and stakeholder coordination

- Collaborate with Analysts, Associates, and senior leadership on active mandates

- Demonstrate curiosity and initiative in learning core investment banking skills

Required Qualifications





- Strong academic background in finance, economics, business, or related field

- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Clear and effective communication skills (Spanish and English fluency required)

- Located in Latin America or the United States, or willing to work remotely in EST/CST time zones

Preferred Qualifications

- Internship experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or related fields

- Familiarity with the Latin America and Caribbean markets

- Interest in sectors such as infrastructure, consumer, TMT, financial services, or industrials
