**About This Role**:
We’re hiring a **Graphic Designer** to support a design-forward e-commerce brand in the **jewelry and lifestyle** space. This is a **graphic-design-first role**, with video editing as a secondary skill. The priority is strong taste alignment and the ability to produce polished creative that fits the brand’s aesthetic.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create **static ad creatives** aligned with brand voice and performance goals
- Write and design **short-form ad text**
- Design **physical catalogs, inserts, and mailers** for print production
- Maintain consistent visuals across all customer-facing touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to iterate on the creative based on feedback
- **Edit short-form videos** for ads or social content as needed (secondary responsibility)
- Manage multiple creative requests with clear prioritization and deadlines
**Software/Platforms/Tools**:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Figma or Canva
- Klaviyo or similar ESP (preferred)
- Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut (bonus)
- Google Workspace
- Slack or similar tools
- AI tools for creative productivity
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of freelancing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level) for short-form ad copy and headlines
- 3-5+ years of experience in **graphic design for e-commerce or DTC brands**
- Strong portfolio demonstrating **polished, brand-forward design**
- Experience designing for **conversion**, not just aesthetics
- Comfortable working across **digital and print formats**
- Strong attention to detail and creative judgment
- Able to take feedback and iterate efficiently
- Experience with founder-led or lean teams is a plus
- Video editing experience is a bonus, not a requirement
**Shift Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday, with some overlap with US business hours, preferred
