- *About the Role**

nWe are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled **Motion Designer** to join our team and support high-performance marketing initiatives in the online gaming space.n

This role focuses on producing engaging, conversion-driven video content for social media and paid campaigns, leveraging both traditional motion design techniques and cutting-edge AI tools. You will collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and project management teams to bring concepts to life while aligning with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

- *Key Responsibilities**
- Create animated videos for organic social media content.
- Develop UGC-style videos using AI tools and workflows.
- Design and produce high-performing ads for online gaming campaigns.
- Create Meta Ads in multiple formats and sizes.
- Interpret creative briefs, storyboards, and brand guidelines to deliver aligned outputs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and report progress to the Project Manager and Creative Director.
- *Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- **5+ years of experience** in motion graphics.
- **2+ years of experience** in graphic design.




- **2+ years of experience** in the online gaming industry.
- **1+ year of experience** using AI motion design tools.
- **1+ year of experience** using AI graphic/image generation tools.
- Strong understanding of ad creatives and performance-driven content.
- C1 level English (written and spoken).
- *Working Conditions**
- Fully remote position.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (CDMX time).
- Monthly salaray: $30,000 - $35,000 MXN
