Position: Graphic Designer – Production & Illustration
Type of Contract: Independent Contractor

As we expand, we’re seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong skills in both production design and illustration to bring creative concepts to life.

Scope of the Role

You will be responsible for producing high-quality vector-based artwork and preparing complex, multi-layered files for outputs across print, digital, and merchandise.

The idóneo candidate combines technical mastery with creative vision, ensuring consistency and excellence across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Create precise, high-quality vector illustrations, icons, and production assets using Adobe Illustrator.

- Develop artwork that balances realism and cartoon-inspired styles, reflecting our brand aesthetic.

- Manage and optimize complex Photoshop files (100+ layers) with a focus on non-destructive editing.

- Deliver production-ready files across print, digital,



and merchandise formats.

- Collaborate with the creative team to refine concepts, meet project objectives, and maintain high standards.

- Organize assets for efficient workflows, including layer structuring, file naming, and exporting.

- Stay current with design trends and AI-powered tools to enhance creative output.

Requirements

Requirements

- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, illustration, and production.

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

- Strong ability to draw realistically, our style blends cartoon and realism.

- Portfolio showcasing vector-based illustration and layered file work.

- Experience in production design (print, web, branding assets).

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and file management skills.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

- Background in branding, packaging, or advertising.

- Knowledge of motion graphics or After Effects.

- Solid understanding of color theory, typography, and layout.
