This role establishes and leads the architectural vision and governance for all AI and automation solutions across GBS delivery centers, playing a pivotal role in shaping our AI-first delivery model by translating high-level strategy into robust, actionable architectural blueprints.

The primary focus is to drive standardization, ensure solutions are robust and scalable, and prevent the duplication of effort. Responsabilities.• Establish and Govern a Unified Architectural Framework: Design, document, and enforce a common set of architectural standards, best practices, and development methodologies for AI and automation solutions across all delivery centers.• Oversee Cross-Center Solution Design: Provide high-level design oversight and technical guidance to federated AI Leads and development teams, ensuring solutions align with the established enterprise framework and security protocols.• Act as a Strategic Thought Partner: Actively contribute to the broader GBS AI adoption strategy,



bringing new ideas and innovative architectural solutions to shape our transformation roadmap and ensure long-term technical health.• Champion and Curate Reusable Assets: Lead the strategy for creating, documenting, and managing a central repository of reusable AI components, services, and patterns to eliminate redundant development.• Technology Strategy and Evaluation: Continuously research, evaluate, and assess new technologies, platforms, and industry trends to evolve the firm's AI technology stack.• Mentor Senior Technical Talent: Provide mentorship and coaching to AI Leads and senior developers across the delivery centers, fostering a culture of technical excellence. Qualifications• AI/ML Systems Design: Deep understanding of architectural patterns for designing and deploying scalable, secure, and resilient AI/ML systems.

This includes data pipelines, MLOps principles, model serving strategies, and feedback loops for continuous improvement. (e.g., designing microservices-based architectures, implementing CI/CD for models))• Agentic & Orchestration Frameworks: Knowledge of designing systems composed of multiple intelligent agents that work in concert.
This covers principles of agent communication, state management, and orchestrating complex workflows that leverage both deterministic logic and Large Language Models (LLMs). (e.g., familiarity with concepts behind frameworks like Lang Chain or Auto Gen))• AI Governance & Security: Foundational knowledge of the principles and practices for ensuring AI systems are secure, transparent, fair, and compliant.
This includes model risk management, data privacy in AI, access control for models and data, and implementing Responsible AI tenets. (e.g., applying principles of Explainable AI (XAI), securing AI supply chains))• Composable AI & Multi-Modality: Understanding how to architect solutions that integrate and compose various AI capabilities (e.g., NLP, Computer Vision, RPA, Generative AI).





This involves knowing how to combine different AI paradigms to solve complex business problems. (e.g., designing solutions that fuse traditional automation (RPA) with generative AI (LLMs)))• Experience: Minimum of eight years of recent experience in a Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or senior technical leadership role, with a proven track record of setting technical strategy for large-scale, enterprise-wide programs.• Strategic Skills: Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex problems and influence a variety of senior stakeholders.• Technical Expertise: A strong working knowledge of the current AI landscape, particularly Agentic AI and large-scale Generative AI architectural patterns.• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
