Job Summary We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer with strong expertise in Figma to design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The adecuado candidate should have a solid understanding of user experience principles, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems . Key Responsibilities Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma. Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experience. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement design solutions. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components . Ensure consistency in design across all platforms. Optimize designs based on user feedback and analytics . Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs . Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field . 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design .



Strong proficiency in Figma. Good understanding of: User Experience (UX) principles User Interface (UI) design Interaction design Ability to create: Wireframes Prototypes High-fidelity UI designs Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design . Preferred Skills Experience with tools like: Adobe XD Sketch Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development . Experience with design systems and component libraries . Familiarity with usability testing tools . Soft Skills Strong creativity and attention to detail Good communication and presentation skills Problem-solving mindset Ability to work in a collaborative environment Work Environment Agile product teams or design studios Fast-paced, collaborative environment Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Experience in mobile app design (iOS/Android) Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) Familiarity with UX writing and microcopy
