Job Title: Workday Business Analyst (HR Solutions) Location: South America (Remote) Contract Type: Part-Time (3 days per week) Duration: 4 months Rate: Hourly rate dependent on experience WORKDAY EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL Overview:We are seeking an experienced Workday Business Analyst to support HR solutions delivery within a global organisation.
This role will focus on shaping and delivering HR document generation solutions, combining strong business analysis expertise with solid knowledge of HR processes and Workday functionality.
You will play a key role in driving improvements to HR documentation processes, working closely with regional stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & RequirementsLead and coordinate requirements discovery workshops with HR stakeholders across different regions and business unitsCapture, structure, and document business requirements using standardised templates and toolsWork closely with technical teams to ensure business needs are accurately translated into Workday configurations and solutionsHR Process & Domain ExpertiseApply broad HR knowledge (processes, policies, and compliance considerations) to inform solution designProvide constructive challenge to local requirements,



ensuring alignment with global standards and best practicesSupport in ensuring document templates meet local employment legislation and data privacy requirementsAdvise on opportunities to standardise templates within countries and across entitiesPromote consistency by identifying and encouraging reuse of templates across regionsOffer guidance to stakeholders on HR best practices and efficient process designStakeholder EngagementAct as a key point of contact for stakeholders involved in document template design, including HR, legal experts, and regional product ownersFacilitate alignment and agreement on design decisions, priorities, and implementation approachEnsure clear, consistent communication across all stakeholder groups throughout the project lifecycleSkills & Experience RequiredProven experience as a Workday Business Analyst (essential)Strong understanding of Workday HCM and HR-related processesDemonstrated experience in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and documentationExperience working in general or multi-country environmentsAbility to balance global standardisation with local compliance needsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills
